Please advise how many house fires or incidents have been caused by ‘knock-off’ phone chargers.

Response

Since 2018, based on a search for relevant domestic appliance ignition sources, electricity supplies, or wire and cables as the source of ignition, there have been two incidents involving chargers, one confirmed as a phone charger, and neither being confirmed as ‘knock-off’.
