Is there a list or searchable system available to find Non-Profit  Organisations (NPO) registered under the new Government of Jersey or JFSC NPO regulations?

If so, where is it?

The information requested above is not held by the Government of Jersey, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies. You may wish to contact the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) directly, however, please note that they are not a Scheduled Public Authority, therefore are not required to respond under Freedom of Information legislation.

Article 3 - Meaning of “information held by a public authority”

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b)     it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
