Please advise when the Government of Jersey will lodge legislation to create the Public Sector Ombudsman.
It is currently estimated that legislation that would establish a Jersey Public Services Ombudsperson will be prepared in time to be lodged in the States Assembly in Quarter 4 of 2023.
