Please provide a list of all agreements between Calligo and the Government of Jersey inclusing any Department(s) of the Government of Jersey, relating to the provision of Data Protection Officer as a service, signed in the period 1 January 2019 to 1 July 2023 (inclusive). 

Please include: (a) the names of the parties to each agreement; and (b) the date of each agreement.

Response 

There is one agreement in place between Calligo and the Government of Jersey in relation to the provision of Data Protection Officer as a service signed in the period 1 January 2019 to 1 July 2023 (inclusive). 

This agreement is for the provision of Services Data Protection Officer as a Service (Data Protection Services), from the period 4 December 2021 to 3 December 2024.  The agreement was signed by the Minister with responsibility for the Jersey Digital Sector, Deputy Scott Wickenden and by the Chief Executive Officer for Calligo, Julian Box.
