Please advise if there are there any maintenance contracts administered by Jersey Property Holdings where statutory maintenance inspections are overdue by more than ninety days?

If there are statutory maintenance inspections overdue by ninety days, which properties are these against?

Response

1,579 maintenance inspection jobs were raised by Jersey Property Holdings (JPH) in Quarter 3 2023, and, as of 29 September 2023 there are six statutory maintenance inspections, across the five sites that remain overdue by more than 90 days.
