Please advise amount of money allocated by the Governement of Jersey to both the Channel Island Pride event and the 'Putting Children First' event in Howard Davis Park.

Response

The Government of Jersey provided a grant of £55,000 specifically for the CI Pride event. This was to assist with the organisation, promotion and delivery of the Pride 2023 event held on Saturday 16 September 2023.

The grant provided is intended to support the delivery of the Government of Jersey’s Common Strategic Policy 2023-2026 (approved by the States Assembly on 23 November 2022). For information, this can be accessed via the link below:

The amount of money allocated by the Government of Jersey for the Jersey Children’s Day event in Howard Davis Park 2023 was £20,525.82.
