*A total of 712 certificates have been lodged in 2023.  Of these, the key details of only 680 have been recorded on the working documents held by Government of Jersey officers.  Quidos, which records and administers the lodging process, retain all detailed information, including the ratings and associated data for each lodged EPC.  The process for transferring the data from Quidos to Government of Jersey working documents is a manual transposing task and a recent review of this process determined that only data critical to the grant payments process was to be recorded in this way going forward. A breakdown of the EPC data would be requested from Quidos periodically.
