To whom has the Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture, issued a registration certificate pursuant to Art.7 of the Place of Refreshment (Jersey) Law 1967, in consequence upon an application for registration under Art.4 of that Law for the premises now or lately operated as "Frenchy's [or Frenchies] Café", or under any other name on La Rue Sinnatt, St Saviour, Jersey.
