The terms ‘personal budget’, ‘direct payment’ and ‘integrated personal budget’ do not apply in Jersey.

Neither the Adult Social Care team, nor the Health and Community Services (HCS) department in which this team sits, have a Director of Finance.

The specified roles do not exist in Jersey’s HCS department, which includes Adult Social Care. 

There is a General Manager for Adult Social Care, along with the Principal Social Worker, who manage the service. Government of Jersey employees below the level of Tier 1 and 2 (equivalent to Director Level) are protected from identification for the purposes of Freedom of Information disclosure, and therefore, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
