Please provide the yearly figures of ​how many students are being Home Schooled in Jersey from 2021 to date.


Of those numbers, how many of the children have a neurodiverse condition? 



Please find below the number of students registered with CYPES as Electively Home Educated (Home Schooled).

Please note the figures were taken from the spring term census:

The number of children that are Electively Home Educated (Home Schooled) who have a neurodiverse condition is not held in a recordable format; therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

Article 3 - Meaning of "information held by a public authority"

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.​
