The Centenier Written Caution Guidelines issued in April 2022 state that in cases of the possession of cannabis oil contained in confectionery, the Attorney General will consider the case on a case-by-case basis.

Please provide annual figures for the number of cases of the possession of cannabis oil contained in confectionery that have been considered by the Attorney General since the new guidelines were issued?

If possible, please could you also provide data relating to the outcomes of those cases, for example, whether the case was referred to Magistrate's Court or dealt with at Parish Hall Enquiry.

Since April 2022 there have been no cases that the Attorney General has been asked to consider involving Cannabis oil in confectionery.
