I note that the AGM of the SOJDC took place on 25 April 2016. I note that SOJDC gave notice on 15th March that this meeting would take place.

Can you please advise where this notice was published?

I also note that the SOJDC was formed to replace the old WEB, with a revised remit.

Can you please advise what that revision was and where that was notified to the public?

The ministerial decision states that it was recommended that the Greffier of the States and the Treasurer of the States should vote in favour of the resolutions to be put before the AGM.

What were those recommendations?

I note that the audited financial statements for year ended Dec 2015, report of the directors of SOJDC and the annual review were all presented to the shareholders.

Can you advise where this public information is recorded for view public viewing please?

Can you please advise if taxpayers are able to attend this meeting and how one goes about securing a seat to attend?
