Can I get information on the following, please:
Items seized at from attendants at the Magistrate’s Court since 2010.
Items seized at from attendants at the Royal Court since 2010.
The nature of the item seized.
Why the item was seized.
It would be helpful if the information could be broken down by year.

Response 

We have searched our records for any information relating to items seized over the requested period from people attending the Magistrate’s Court or the Royal Court and have not found any record of any items seized.

It should be noted that, as necessary, items which were not permitted in court, such as electronic devices, cameras or crash helmets, may have be retained by the ushers and returned when the owner left. 

In no instances were items seized.
