The consultancy appointments made to date are:

• architect
• quantity surveyor
• structural engineer
• mechanical and electrical (m and e) engineer

Various consultants have been used to support the feasibility study and to provide background information for the planning application, such as: landscape and visual architect, ecologist, archaeologist, traffic & transport engineer, building research establishment environmental assessment methodology (BREEAM) assessor, risk management services, geo-technical engineer, equivalent qualitative assessment for sports pitches, workplace travel planner and consultant, topographical surveyor and acoustician.
