Does the Government of Jersey have any plans that would help Jersey travellers to France when their new biometric system comes in? That is, seeing if Customs were able to have the necessary equipment sent over so that the information can be entered in Kersey to save delays at St Malo?

The Entry / Exit System (EES) is a European Union initiative which falls outside the powers and responsibility of the authorities in Jersey and there are no plans for Officers in Jersey to undertake any work in support of its operation.
