There are three offences which apply to disabled bays but these also apply to other permit areas and a more detailed examination of each individual ticket would be required to obtain a split between these. 

This would require a significant amount of time to ascertain and it has been determined that this would exceed the time limit set down under Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011. 

To overcome this, a small sample of tickets issued was reviewed and the department is confident that 90% of the tickets would have been issued in disabled bays and the data has been based using that figure.

The information held by the department only relates to public car parks.
