The Chief Executive has recused himself from the following areas of work where a potential or actual conflict of interest has been identified:

  • Ferry Concession

In addition, the Chief Executive Officer adopted a 6 month “recusal period" from participating in financial services policy following his departure from Natwest in May 2024. That period has now expired. ​
