As a self-governing jurisdiction, Jersey’s health service sits outside of the NHS, and is not required to comply with NHS Frameworks or models for agency staff use. Information is not held in the format requested, and no detail in respect of framework observation can be provided. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

As detailed in previous Freedom of Information responses, the Department use Holt Medical Recruitment Limited as a master vendor for medical locum recruitment and management.

The budget allocated for agency staffing for August to October 2024 was £600,466.
