The pitches in Liberation Square are let under rolling licences rather than leases.

Both ticket kiosks commenced within a year of each other and pay the same annual rental from 2012 onwards as follows:
| 2011 | £1,500 per annum (only one kiosk in 2011) |
| 2012 | £1,581 per annum |
| 2013 | £1,581 per annum |
| 2014 | £1,581 per annum |
| 2015 | £1,611 per annum |
| 2016 | £1,613 per annum |
