Following your request last year for company's to submit thier expression of interest in providing a Managed Print Service to the Sates of Jersey, please can you provide a date as to when the formal tender or RFP will be sent out now that the move to the new States Building is complete.

Response

Our intention remains to reprocure a provision of Managed Print Services this year.  Early indications are that the relocation of many staff to the new HQ has significantly changed print demand not only for this site but as importantly at many of our other sites. 

Therefore, it is important to collate sufficient and reliable information on these new activity patterns to better inform us and any potential bidders of the new overall demand and other developing  print metrics ahead of a re procurement of service for this spend category. This requires the collation of at least six months of data and will commence formal procurement in September 2025.​
