The Government’s Chief Executive announced that 7 senior civil servants have left their posts. He has advised that three were made redundant, one relocated to another department.
Q1. How many of the seven were required to sign a NDA?
Q2. Did the three leavers not explained above sign a Compromise Agreements?
Q3. With the exception of Redundancy payments already disclosed, was any other compensation payments paid to the leaving individuals and if so how much?

The Government of Jersey does not comment on individual contractual matters as this is personal information and would breach the privacy of the individuals concerned. Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied.
For the response to Q1, where numbers are small, disclosure control has been applied to protect the privacy of individuals, with numbers fewer than five represented as ‘<5’. Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
