Please could the shareholder (Government of Jersey) provide general details of contractual bonus schemes currently in place at Ports of Jersey Limited? I am seeking general, not specific, terms. I do not wish to receive details of individuals.

Also, how many (number) of individuals are contractual entitled to receive a cash bonus?
3.
What was the total cost of the Channel Islands Co-operative vouchers provided to members of staff in 2024/2025?
4.
If the Treasury, as shareholder, does not hold this information, why not?

1.
We are aware that the two Executive Members of the Ports of Jersey Board have a contractual right to access to a Short-Term Incentive Plan. Details of the contractual arrangements for all Ports of Jersey staff are not held by the Government of Jersey.

This information is not held by the Government of Jersey, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
