Response
59 complaints regarding barking dogs have been received by the Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) since December 2023.
2 cases are under active investigation and 57 have been resolved. Cases have all been managed without the need to exercise our formal powers or the Statutory Nuisance has not been established.
Information prior to December 2023 would require a manual search of our records to obtain this information.
It has been estimated that to provide the information requested would exceed the 12.5 hours allowed for Freedom of Information responses in accordance with Regulation 2 (1) of the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014. Article 16 (1) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied.
