Freedom of Information Request: Jersey Opera House Leadership Changes

I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011:

1. What was the total amount paid to Andy Eagle, former Interim Director of the Jersey Opera House, upon his departure from the role?

2. What were the reasons given for the resignations of both Mr. Eagle and former Chairman Dave Chalk, particularly given the critical timing in the redevelopment and reopening plans for the Jersey Opera House?

Given the significant public investment in the Jersey Opera House, and the high level of public interest in its future, there is a need for transparency around these departures. Media coverage to date has lacked detail, raising further questions about the circumstances.

Response

1 and 2. The requested information is not held by the Government of Jersey. Therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information Jersey (Law) 2011 has been applied.

This information may be available from Jersey Opera house. It should be noted that they are not a Scheduled Public Authority and therefore are not obliged to respond under the Freedom of Information Law. A link to Jersey Opera house contact details is provided below for ease.
