Request 714238534
In FOI 703795153, it was revealed that the Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) have received a total figure of ÂŁ1,853,753 towards the Eastern Cycle Network to date. The total amount spent on the Eastern Cycle Network to date is ÂŁ2,471,352.65.
I would like to see a breakdown of how that money has been spent.
I would like to see a breakdown of spending per category: 'consultants', 'marketing and advertising', 'construction', 'materials' and so on. Or, to use the government's own language: 'feasibility, consultation, design, contract procurement, project management, construction and contingency.'
In this written question from 2017, it updates specific sections of the ECN and provides costs and progress reports: https://statesassembly.je/publications/questions/2017/2017-written-questions/2017-wq-396-446/(397)-the-construction-of-the-eastern-cycle-network
I would like to see a breakdown of all the sections of the ECN in this format: including parts that have been constructed and parts that haven't.
Response
The Scheduled Public Authority does not maintain a cost breakdown for the referenced categories regarding the Eastern Cycle Network projects.
To respond to this request would require extraction and manipulation of data to produce new information. A Scheduled Public Authority is not required to manipulate and create new data sets, therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
