Can you tell me how many people have had their water tested via the States Official Analyst in each of the last five years?
In how many cases were these tests for PFAS?
What has been the testing costs for chemical analysis, microbiological analysis, and 'both the above analyses' - as per States website - in each of the last five years? i.e. has it increased and if so by how much?
Response
Questions 1 - 3.
Due to the way that this information is recorded, it has been concluded by the department that to collate the requested information would take in excess of the 12.5 hours prescribed in the Freedom of Information regulations, and therefore Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
Please note, however, that tests for PFAS are not conducted presently by the States Official Analyst.
