Following the publication of the SoJDC proposal for the redevelopment of Fort Regent it is clear that certain proposals appear to be based upon information provided by third parties.

May I request a list of all the sports and activity clubs / groups currently (or until end 2024) using the Fort.

Is there evidence that all of the above have been directly consulted regarding future proposals.

Which contractors / consultants / suppliers have been used to establish the current structural condition of the Fort and all the services and utilities therein, can these reports please be published or made available.

A note of the costs would be useful if available.

What if any research has been carried out to establish if there is any appetite from the private sector to build an hotel.

The requested information is provided below; however, the Scheduled Public Authority has withheld any club names containing personal information, therefore, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

The requested information is not held by the Scheduled Public Authority, therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies, however, it may be held by Jersey Development Company so you might wish to send your request in writing to the details provided at the end of the response.
It should be noted that the Jersey Development Company are not a Scheduled Public Authority under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, therefore, they are not required to respond.

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
