Please provide data on the number of prosecutions for the possession of cannabis in 2023 to date, in a comparable format to that of the attached table of the FOI request of the 27th December 2023:

Response

Please see attached table. The States of Jersey Police confirm that these figures relate to “Simple possession” rather than “Possession with intent to supply”. Figures for 2024 and 2025 are likely to increase as there are still a number of pending court and parish hall enquiries. ​
