Response
Health and Care Jersey (HCJ) patient travel and U.K. treatment records are not held in a format that enables the requested information to be reported. Therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
Cancelled flights would be refunded or rescheduled to an appropriate alternative flight. There may, however, be accommodation costs incurred when a preferred flight is cancelled, such as additional nights’ accommodation (for cancelled inbound return flights) or pre-booked unused accommodation (for cancelled outbound flights).
