records of all communications, electronic, written and oral, between Deputy Tom Binet, any public sector employee on his behalf and/or associated party and Zero First Homes or Zero First Homes Limited and any persons or parties that Deputy Tom Binet knew, should have known or believed were associated with Zero First Homes or Zero First Homes Limited or any of the representatives or company officers of Zero First Homes in whatever iteration. Including records detailing how Deputy Binet was introduced/came into contact with the parties detailed above.

Response

Searches were made on the email accounts of Deputy Binet using the keywords ‘Zero First Homes’ from 1st December 2024 to 17th April 2025.  The resulting correspondence, as attached, has been redacted in accordance with Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011. 

The Government of Jersey has no records of any additional correspondence within the scope of the request.

Article 25 - Personal information

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.​
