In relation to the property known as 19 & 21 Broad Street, St Helier, Jersey, being an office building across four floors formerly occupied by the Royal Bank of Canada and sold by Royal Trust Properties (Jersey) Limited to Keltic on 29 November 2024 (the “Broad Street Site”), can you please provide any communications between your department and any of the following individuals from January 2022 to present?:
a. Martin John Clancy;
b. Adrian James Huckson;
c. Ian John Dryhurst;
d. Justin Christie;
e. Richard Griffiths;
f. HD Planning and Design Ltd (“HD Planning”);
g. Keltic Asset Holdings Limited (“Keltic”);
h. Eastleigh Development Limited (“Eastleigh”); and
i. Axis Mason Limited (“Axis Mason”).
