Hello, I would like you to search the email accounts of Deputy Jehan, Deputy Steve Luce, Deputy Tom Binet, Andrew Scate, Chris Bown and Caroline Landon for the period 1.1.22 – 31.12.2024 to find emails sent to representatives of '3M' or 3M related entities. I only want to see external emails relating to 3M please.

Searches in line with the parameters of the request were conducted. Upon review it was confirmed that no correspondence that fits within the scope of the request was located.   

It is therefore concluded that the requested information is not held, and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
