Intellectual Property Framework
The JFSC receives funding to support setting up of a new, modernised, Intellectual Property Register which is part of the wider programme of IP framework reform.
In 2024 the JFSC received £120k to support this work, with an estimated payment of £180k in 2025.
Non-Profit Organisations
As part of the uplift on annual fees paid to JFSC by Jersey registered and incorporated entities, an element of funding will be returned to the JFSC to include the supervision of non-profit organisations at the request of the Government of Jersey. This amount is estimated to be £250k
