2. Please provide all minutes, agendas, or formal notes of meetings held by this group — from its inception to the present day — or until the group was dissolved or restructured, if applicable.

3. If the group no longer meets under the title “TOJ” (or similar), what body, committee, or officer-level group replaced it, and when did this transition occur?

4. Who chaired the TOJ group, and what departments or organisations were represented in its membership (e.g., Environmental Protection, Health, Ports of Jersey, Jersey Water)?

5. Were any public statements, press releases, or summaries ever issued based on decisions or discussions from the TOJ or its successor group?

The Technical Officer Group has been replaced by the Water Quality and Safety team. The first meeting of the Programme Board was on 28 January 2025.

Dr Tim du Feu, Head of Land Resource Management, Infrastructure and Environment was the chair of the TOJ Group.
