In relation to land at St Peter, Jersey comprising:
i. Field 626 (also known as Le Clos des Mielles); and
ii. Field 627 and 627 A (also known as Les Longs Champs du Nord, Les Longs Champs des Mileu and Les Longs Champs du Sud),
together the “St Peter Agricultural Site” also sold by Penventon Limited to Eastleigh on 19 January 2024, can you please provide any communications between your department and any of the following individuals from January 2022 to present?:
a. Martin John Clancy;
b. Adrian James Huckson;
c. Ian John Dryhurst;
d. Justin Christie;
e. Richard Griffiths;
f. HD Planning and Design Ltd (“HD Planning”);
g. Keltic Asset Holdings Limited (“Keltic”);
h. Eastleigh Development Limited (“Eastleigh”); and
i. Axis Mason Limited (“Axis Mason”).
