The Judicial Greffe can confirm that there have been no disability discrimination claims filed against the Family Court in Jersey in 2022, 2023, 2024 and to date in 2025.
In respect of disability discrimination claims filed against the Government of Jersey that resulted in a financial payment:
In 2022, there were 3 disability discrimination claims received against the Government of Jersey. No compensation has been awarded by the Tribunal.
In 2023, 15 disability discrimination claims were received against the Government of Jersey. No compensation has been awarded by the Tribunal.

Please note that not all claims proceed as far as a hearing and some are settled outside of the Tribunal Service. In these cases, the service would not know whether payments have been made and consequently that information is not held. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
Any Judgments made by the Tribunal in respect of cases which did not succeed by a claimant at a final hearing can be found on the Jersey Law website by selecting the Judgments tab, followed by filtering on relevant dates and the Jersey Employment Tribunal Judgement option.
