I have noticed that after selling of at auction the registration J4 that the Governor’s official car now displays J2.
J2 was assigned to a vehicle register to a Mr T Scott who I believe is no longer a Jersey resident.
How did J2 become assigned to the Governor’s official car?
If it was purchased what was the consideration? And from which Government budget was any consideration paid?
