Beach trading permissions granted in St Brelade's Bay

In relation to the beach trading permissions granted to the business in St Brelades Bay known as Jono's Watersports, please clarify:

1. Is this business permitted to park vehicles on the beach and/or the slip next to the Beach Club and L'Horizon hotel?

2. If the answer to Q1 is "yes" is there any limit to the number of vehicles this business is permitted to park on the slip and/or beach?

3. If the answer to Q1 is "no", what enforcement action has been taken to date against this business?

Yes, Jono's Watersports is permitted to park vehicles on the beach and/or the slip next to the Beach Club and L'Horizon hotel

The limit to the number of vehicles the business is permitted to park on the beach is six and on the slip is One.

Condition on Parking/Driving Permit – 

Parking on Wayside Slipway for ONE vehicle and vessel on trailer is permitted ONLY at times when it is not possible to park on the sand. At No time should any vehicle or trailer cause an obstruction to free passage.
