The number of patients requiring follow-up treatment or appointments for drug related admissions following treatment for years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015: a breakdown for each year.

A breakdown of the drugs patients were treated for and subsequently requiring follow-up treatment between 2011 and 2015.

How many patients were referred to other services as a result of their drug admission to the Hospital for years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015: a breakdown for each year.

The Health and Social Services Department is unable to answer this request as a manual records trawl would be required to extract the information from individual patient notes. 

This would exceed the 12.5 hour limit specified in regulations.

Exemptions and/or refusals applied to this request

Regulation 2 (1) of the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014 allows an authority to refuse a request for information where the estimated cost of dealing with the request would exceed the specified amount of the cost limit of £500. This is the estimated cost of one person spending 12.5 working hours in determining whether the department holds the information, locating, retrieving and extracting the information.
