Request 731005534
I would like a copy of the report commissioned by the Department of Infrastructure from a UK Specialist Consultancy in respect of the children's play area known as Sandy Park in Grouville.
If the report's remit is wider than just this particular playpark or if for any reason the report is unable to be made publicly available then I would request any information the report contains in respect of this particular playpark and any conclusions it draws in respect of the health and safety of the site and its equipment and in particular the suitability of the equipment and how much longer the equipment can reasonably be expected to last.
I should also like to know what the report suggests for the future of the site and, if given, an estimate for the cost of replacing the current equipment.
Response
The report commissioned by the Department of Infrastructure from a UK Specialist Consultancy in respect of the children's play area known as Sandy Park in Grouville is attached.
