Request 726971466
Supply details and copies of reports of any surveys that have been undertaken between the start of 2018 and the date when this request is answered on the following:
Any species of wild birds, wild animals or flowers/plants found to be present in South Hill Park.
The reference to 'wild birds' and 'wild animals' above should be interpreted broadly and not restricted just to birds or animals in the Park that may be recognised and/or protected under the Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2021.
Also include details of any similar surveys undertaken just outside the legally-defined area of South Hill Park. For example, the learner driver reversing bays; the area around the flower baskets display which was being used until recently as an informal memorial to the victims of the Haut du Mont explosion; the childrens' play area (swings etc.) and the large open area of grass beneath it and the car parking area above the childrens' play area.
The response should include any consultations or correspondence involving the Natural Environment Team since 2018 where the subject concerns birds, animals or flowers/plants present in South Hill Park or the surrounding area

This is the latest attempt to run down the clock on FOIs concerning South Hill. I need to know what efforts Government of Jersey have made since 2018 to identify what birds and animals are present in South Hill Park and the immediate area. I suspect no such efforts have been made in which case you will have no information to provide me with, but if efforts were made then provide me with the documentation to confirm this.
