How many complaints are ongoing with doctors at the general hospital this year compared to previous years.

Complaints recorded in Health and Care Jersey’s (HCJ’s) Feedback Management System from 01 January 2020 have been searched using the keyword ‘doctor’ and results reviewed. Annual figures for those that include a complaint relating to HCJ doctors (or medical staff contracted by HCJ) are detailed in the table below:
