Can the Whatsapp communications between Deputy Lyndon Farnham and Emma Volney of ITV regarding the disclosure of an unpublished report of a Commissioner for Standards investigation into Deputy Morel be published? 

And; 

2)

Can it be confirmed whether Deputy Farnham prewarmed Emma Volney about the report prior to its publication?
