How many revision surgeries are carried out in Jersey due to patients flying abroad for cheaper surgery and being botched?
Response
Whilst there may be documentation within individual medical records which details where care has been required in Jersey following surgery abroad, no central record is held that can identify this information for cases which fall in scope. Therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
