1 & 3. At present, the States of Jersey Police do not have formal policies, guidelines, or service standards that define maximum response times for general correspondence received via email or letter (including hand-delivered items).
2. Regarding data protection in the States of Jersey Police, the following response timeframes apply:
• Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests: Responses are required within 20 working days.
• Subject Access Requests (SARs): Responses must be provided without undue delay, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
