Response

The requested information has been provided in the attached document. This includes two additional providers not listed previously but whose work was included in the figures provided in FOI 613993927 in 2024. In addition, we have assumed the request for ‘number of presentations’ relates to session numbers provided in the original response.

Please note that this training was either provided as part of our corporate training offer or commissioned by our employee led DEI networks.

Listed session numbers do not relate to session length or number of employees attending. The term’ session’ relates to a discrete piece of work and the length of session varies from 1 hour to 2 days and could include single or multiple groups depending on format and purpose. The purpose of sessions includes managers training on statutory obligations, building organisational awareness and knowledge around difference, inclusion or targeted training to meet a need identified by a network.

The Government of Jersey is committed to building a work environment where all employees feel welcomed, included and respected.
