Please provide any available statistics on public usage of the Victoria Marine Lake from 2014 to the present, and detail how this information was collected.
This may include numbers of visitors who engaged in activities provided by the government, the Bosdet Foundation or other organisations, but I would particularly like to see statistics on the number of ordinary visitors who simply visit to swim in the lake.
If information on these casual visitors is not available then please confirm this.
Response
The Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) does not collect public usage figures regarding the Victoria Marine Lake, also known as West Park Bathing Pool, whether for organised activities or casual use, therefore, this information is not held, and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
