In December 2024 DVS conducted a mystery shopping exercise and arranged two focus groups on the taxi service. Please provide the report that was provided by the research firm to the Minister.

Information regarding the specific taxi companies was presented to the Minister for Infrastructure via a live link to 4insight’s records.  A copy of this information is not held by the Scheduled Public Authority, therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
