Traffic jams in Sand Street car park over the last year

I would like the record of the number of jams in Sand Street Car park for the preceding 12 months, from 1/8/2024 to date. 

1) this includes the dates of jams, 

2) the length of time of the jams, 

3) the number of fines issued on those dates;

4) the number of appeals of those fines filed; 

5) subsequent value of fines for appeals that were disallowed

It should be noted that the majority of jams are due to parties not allowing other vehicles to exit.

​The Scheduled Public Authority does not issue fines for the periods when jams are recorded, therefore questions 4 and 5 do not apply.​​​
