Requests for GoJ funding/financial support from Jersey Lifeboat Association

I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) law: 

• Since its creation, has the Jersey Lifeboat Association made any requests for funding or financial support from the Government of Jersey (including any departments, ministers, or public bodies)? 

• If so, please provide copies of all correspondence, documentation, and records relating to such requests, including but not limited to letters, emails, meeting minutes, reports, and responses from the Government. 

• In addition, please provide details of any funding that has been granted or refused, including the amounts, dates, conditions attached, and the decision-making process involved. 

Please treat this request as covering the full period from the establishment of the Jersey Lifeboat Association to the present date. 

Response 

The Scheduled Public Authority holds no information in this regard; Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
